We are seeking a field engineer to help support NJ projects.

Field Engineer to assist the construction project manager and superintendents as follows:

• To create and carry out project objectives, work plan procedures, and field data collection, to include assisting superintendent on concrete pour days and ordering materials
• Work with the construction superintendent to prepare look-ahead schedules and provide necessary updates of construction activities.
• Assist project manager in subcontractor and material buyouts, create purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Input payroll, initial review and approval of project invoices and time and material billing preparation.
• Draft transmittals/submittals and RFI’s.
• Participate in construction meetings, record and publish meeting minutes.
• Request and review subcontractor/supplier deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Experience in the construction field a plus but entry level applicants will be considered
• Able to work in team environment
• Good Written / Verbal Skills / Computer skills
