Ferreira Construction Co., Inc. is an established well respected public works, heavy highway and utility contractor with its corporate office located in Branchburg New Jersey and regional offices located in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, and California.

Ferreira Construction currently has an immediate position available for an experienced Superintendent. Candidate must possess:

Five years hands on experience in gas utilities, heavy construction and civil work
Ability to manage day-to-day field activities to ensure that the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date is met
Must demonstrate strong dedication to safety for both crew and public
Ability to manage and coordinate the work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner that is consistent with the contract documents and best-practices
Ability to obtain all inspections and ensure
Project Scheduling
Preparing Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders Etc.
Preparing Good Faith Efforts
Excellent math, computer, analytical and communication skills
Creative problem solving skills
Work experience must be in Southern California
Computer knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
Hard working self motivated
