Accounting/EEOC Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist EEOC Officer with various administrative task
Prepare various reports and correspondence
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for submission
Online data entry
Prepare Certified Payroll reports weekly and distribute
Assist Payroll when needed
Covers front desk receptionist in their absence
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to multi-task and be flexible around priorities.
Must have excellent customer services skills
Must have experience with large company Certified Payroll
Timberline experience is preferred
Excellent organization skills.
Highly detail-oriented.
A self-starter.
Comfortable making contact with clients and companies via phone. 
Bachelor’s Degree
3 year of administrative experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office applications
